Entry Instructions:

By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

b. Tier 1: prize is a Summer Bundle, up to a maximum value of £1,000, which can be spent on a combination of items from the below list:

The Supplier will appoint their Prize Provider to act as the winner’s personal prize manager, who will supply a breakdown of the values and item models contained within the list for the winner to choose from, and who will order the items, up to a maximum value of £1,000. All brands and models will be pre-selected by the Prize Provider. No choice of brand or model.

Winner may choose to spend their prize value on multiple items from the supplied list, so long as the total prize value does not exceed £1,000.

Solely in the event the winner’s combined choice of items comes under the maximum total value of £1,000, and it is not possible to add any further items from the list without going over this maximum total value, the Prize Provider will supply the remaining balance in the form of a Tesco Gift Card (up to a total value of £250). Please note that this will only be offered should this circumstance arise and cannot be selected as part of the original list of items.

All prize elements must be ordered through the Prize Provider within 12 months of acceptance, in one order only.

All prizes are subject to availability. In the event that any of the winner’s chosen products are unavailable, alternative products of equal value will be provided. The prize fulfilment team will endevour to ensure deliveries will be made within 28 working days of the winner placing their order. In the event of any unexpected delays due to external factors, the winner will be notified accordingly.

c. Tier 2: prize is an outdoor game kit and consists of:
1. A family croquet set, containing; six mallets (15cm x 5.5cm), six balls, ten wickets, two stakes, a cotton bag, rules & instructions.
2. A 3 in 1 Carnival Games Set containing; 6pcs carnival traffic cones (9x5Inch), 12pcs colorful rings (5.5inch), 12pcs bean bags(2.4inch), 1pcs durable storage bag, 1pcs colorful gift box.
3. A 50cm tall wooden tumbling tower.

Tier 2 prizes will be dispatched within 28 working days of acceptance.

The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
