Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 16th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 13th August 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text HUNDRED or HUNDRED1 or HUNDRED4 or HUNDRED7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes: There are 3 prizes to be won, each prize consists of:
a. £6,000 cash. The prize will be awarded via BACS transfer to the winner’s bank account. The winner must have a valid UK bank account. Winner is responsible for providing correct bank account details and the Supplier will not be liable for any Prize payments made into the wrong bank account. BACS payment will be sent within 14 working days of receipt of winner’s bank details.
And
£1,000 cash donation to the winner’s nominated eligible cricket club* of winner’s choice.

b. *Club eligibility: Winners can nominate either an ECB registered club: school, regional, town/city, village or a registered county cricket club located in the UK. Nominated clubs must be registered as either (1) an ECB cricket club – full list available at; https://www.play-cricket.com/, or (2) a registered county cricket club – full list available at; https://www.ecb.co.uk/play/county-cricket-boards

c. £1,000 donation will be paid directly to the winner’s chosen cricket club.

d. Nominated cricket clubs will be contacted directly by Altavia UK within 28 days of nomination. If any chosen cricket club declines a prize, fails to respond, is unable to provide proof of ECB or county registration or is unable to provide the required details for BACS transfer of the donation – registered bank account name, number and sort code within 14 days, its prize entitlement will be withdrawn and allocated to a reserve club nominated at the same time as the original by the winner.

e. Prize payment will be made directly to the nominated cricket club or designated cricket club treasurer responsible for the finances of the nominated cricket club, within 28 days of receipt of bank account details via BACS payment.

f. Maximum of 1 donation per cricket club.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
