Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 17th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 2nd October 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:
a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text MISCHIEF or MISCHIEF1 or MISCHIEF2 or MISCHIEF4 or MISCHIEF5 or MISCHIEF7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 2nd October 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household. A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, 15 x Tier 2 prizes, 84 x Tier 3 prizes. 100 x prizes total.

b. Tier 1: consists of a £7,500 TravelCard by Inspire, to book a family holiday.

c. Tier 2: consists of a £1,000 TravelCard by Inspire, to book a UK family theme park stay.

d. Tier 3: consists of a £300 TravelCard by Inspire, to book a family activity.

e. A family is based on 4 people, and costs are correct at time of going to print. The Promotion Entries are not responsible for any changes to the costs made before, during or after the Promotional Period.

f. All travel/stays/activities must be booked with Inspire, an ABTA and ATOL licensed agency. Gift Cards can be used as a form of payment using the methods shown on the Gift Card for new travel/stay/activity bookings sold by Inspire only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel provider, travel voucher or promotion.

Standalone Flight, Cruise, Eurotunnel or Ferry products may be booked when using Gift Card as a form of payment but may attract a booking fee which will be advised at the time of booking.

Gift Card can be redeemed on new bookings and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay any other products, should you have an existing booking with Inspire then this may be used to pay off the balance.

Gift Card is valid for 18 months from the date of issue, and will be provided as a digital card. Email address required to receive prize.

The card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card. The card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.

g. Prizes will be emailed within 28 working days of acceptance.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
