Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 9th July 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30th July 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions: During the Promotional Period:

a. Purchase a qualifying product in a Tesco store or online at Tesco.com during the Promotional Period;

b. Text BRUNCH or BRUNCH1 or BRUNCH3 or BRUNCH7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 30th July 2024; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. A mobile phone number can only be used by one person, and it cannot be shared within a household.
A receipt can only be used once per household. A receipt cannot be shared amongst entrants. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant(s) using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and/or sharing receipts to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 prize consisting of a 3-night trip for 4 adults (18+). Winner can choose 1 of the following 4 destinations: Madrid, Barcelona (Spain), Lisbon or Porto (Portugal). Prize includes:
- return economy flights from a UK airport operating direct flights to selected destination, with one piece of checked luggage per person;
- return private transfers from the airport to hotel;
- 3 nights’ accommodation at a 4-star hotel in selected destination, sharing 2 x double rooms; subject to availability. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes;
-daily breakfast;
- brunch (in the form of a 2-course meal from the a la carte menu and 1 x cocktail each) at a restaurant in selected destination on 1 day;
- travel insurance.

b. Winner and guests must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guests, and prize excludes any visas. Prize also excludes domestic travel and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

c. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.

d. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

e. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

f. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guests acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.

g. Prize must be booked within 12 months and taken within 18 months of acceptance. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 31st July – 5th September 2024, 17th – 31st October 2024 and 2025, 15th December 2024/25 – 5th January 2025/26, 9th – 11th February 2025, 15th – 16th February 2025, 18th – 22nd April 2025, 15th July – 5th September 2025, 14th – 15th February 2026 and over all other national holiday weekends in both the UK and Spain/Portugal. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered. The trip dates are subject to availability and the Promoter will have the final discretion on the dates. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

h. Please note that the winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

i. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winner only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prize is non- transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
