Employment log in failed

Options
I use a site called Tara’s and it says log in “Access is Denied” it’s new job so been unable to get hold of HR reply on phone but I’m guessing I’ve not been kept on as it’s been that way 2 days. Does anybody else use this app shed some light if that means your employment has ended?

Can you elaborate on this employment please. Are you actually employed, self-employed, a contractor etc?

What does your contract state with regards to employment status, notice etc. Do you not have a line manager you can contact rather than HR?

It looks like Taras is a Workforce Management system that your employer uses. "Access Denied" could be for many reasons, not just because an employment has ended (eg, multiple login attempts).

What is Taras and what is your job? Is Taras your employer, or a system they use? Do you have an employment contract and what does it state with regards to employment status, notice etc.
It’s a retail shop. The Tara’s software had training and pay slips on it. I tried to contact HR as I say no answer. I assumed it would work even if you leave to access any old pay slips ect. But with everything online these days perhaps you get kicked out quickly?

Thanks, I did a google on Taras to find out what it was about.

If you're being ghosted after a short period working for the company, it certainly sounds like they're not planning on keeping you on.

Are you owed any money? You need to find out what your contract states regarding the trial period and notice period?

Yes they have a rota only one week at a time. They sometimes text. But the HR never answered. I just wondered if anybody used Tara and maybe left a company if that’s a sign you have been let go? Seems strange no access for 2 days. And yes I would be owed maybe a few weeks wages but they are not due for 2 weeks

How other retailers manage their staff on Taras might not be the same as how your employer did - only your employer can really answer the question as to whether they're keeping you on or not.

It has been know for retailers to bring people in for a trial and then attempt to not pay them, so contacting them would be my priority if I were you. Won't there be a manger in the shop if you pop in?
