Savings customer prize draw terms and conditions

Entry is open to tax residents of the United Kingdom who are new or existing Santander UK customers, and aged 18 years or older. This excludes any Santander UK employees directly associated with the draw. The Promoter is Santander UK plc ( the Promoter ). Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion. The prize is a single payment of £50,000 ( the Prize ) and there are no runners up prizes. The Promoter will contact the winner by phone, email and letter where records allow. The winner will have 14 calendar days to tell the Promoter if they don t want to receive their prize. Following this period, the prize will be paid to the winning customer s savings account. If the winner tells the Promoter they don t want to receive their prize, a new winner will be selected at random. No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize isn t transferable. All customers holding an open personal current account and a personal savings account with a balance of £50 or more on 31/08/2024 will be entered into the draw. The winning customer must have an open Santander current account or savings account when the prize is paid. You can opt-out of the prize draw by emailing your full name, date of birth and post code to PrizeDraws@Santander.co.uk. Only 1 entry can be made per person. The winning entry will be randomly selected by 16/09/2024 and will be notified by post, telephone and email where records allow before 23/09/2024. The winner s surname and county will be available on request after 23/09/2024 for 365 days subject to the winners consent. The winner s information and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute. If the winner consents, the promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Prize will be provided by Santander UK plc. If the winner doesnt tell the Promoter that they dont want to receive their prize within 14 days of being told that they ve won, the prize will be paid to their Santander account. If the winner holds multiple Santander savings accounts, we will pay the prize money into the one with the most recent transaction. The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the prize draw without prior notice. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize. Trademarks, logos, product and retailer names are the property of their respective owner. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. The Promoter will only use the personal details for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent.
