Tell the Consultants that there'll be no other alternative other than to inform the HMRC. Lack of payslips will most likely spark a Payroll Audit. My last company started paying me a lower rate for overtime than my usual hourly rate.

she definitely needs to get those payslips sorted it's a legal requirement and helps clear up any pay discrepancies.

Does she "not receive payslips" or does she "not receive paper pay slips but they are available on line" ?
