Can overtime pay be less than the standard hourly rate?

    Tell the Consultants that there'll be no other alternative other than to inform the HMRC. Lack of payslips will most likely spark a Payroll Audit. No one likes the Spanish Inquisition sitting across the table from them.

    My last company started paying me a lower rate for overtime than my usual hourly rate.

    I stopped doing the overtime. 
    All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

    Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    she definitely needs to get those payslips sorted it's a legal requirement and helps clear up any pay discrepancies.

    Does she "not receive payslips" or does she "not receive paper pay slips but they are available on line" ?
