    Hello again,

I received the paper copy of N180 DQ form from the Courts.  I've filled it in no issues and the Keeper has signed it.   Would it be acceptable if I scan it into my PC a page at a time (which seems really long winded  :/ ) and attach it to the email?  I email the CNBC, Civil Enforcement and not sure who else ? Thanks.   I can download the form I know, but bit confused about then how to electronically sign it or can you just type a name in the signature box ?

I should add that I don't have Word or any paid for PDF converters on my PC.

     Thanks

If its scanned,  saved as a pdf and emailed,  there are reports of it being too large a file and rejected, not what you want  !

The common advice is to download the N180 , fill it in , add zn e signature,  save,  attach to the email to the DQ email address

One option might be to take a picture of the signed form section and attach or merge it,  or sign a blank piece of paper in black ink, take a picture or scan it, add to the N180  ( but typing it in may be sufficient,  but an e signature would be better   )

2 destination email addresses, the CNBC and CEL if no lawyers are involved   ?

So no PDF ing involved at all? Great! Thanks.

I'll try the signature scan tomorrow.

    Cheers

Hi again, I emailed the N180 DQ form to CEL & CNBC on the 8th Aug.

Apart from an automated email back from CNBC, we've heard nothing regarding a appt for mediation.

Is this normal please? I worry because our post goes astray thanks to our common street name. Nothing on MCOL when I checked it last week.

    Cheers

    Yes. Await your own N180.

But also needed: serve up a cold dish of revenge for the aggressive, intimidating trash they are putting you through.

Read this message and please prepare to join us to do the Public Consultation once we've discussed it in August.

It's vital the Government hears from Defendants threatened by court. Tell your story. Shoehorn it in somewhere, maybe in answer to why cases go to court (q13 or 14):

Please bookmark the main thread linked in that link.

Come back in August to take part.

We need to drown out the 'alternative facts' from the parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.
Thank you @Coupon-mad. I definitely will take part in anything that stops these parking companies threatening people.

Check MCOL until the N180 shows up, mediation is something and nothing.

Did you bookmark the Public Consultation thread? (linked above). Just 2 weeks left.

I'm taking a closer look this week and we'll walk you through it if you haven't responded yet. I should have all the first post 'how to respond to each question' advice ready by the end of this week.

There are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people won't think of/need focus.
There won't be a template - the survey is for you to reply in your words - but we'll help everyone with what to focus on.
