Was lucky enough to win a 12 month Smarty unlimited data & calls package, as well as a 5 star hotel break courtesy of this competition.

It was my second win of the year, but I think I technically breached the T&Cs (I honestly didn't realise). I was called up by a producer from Virgin Radio who wanted to get me onto the show. As I gave him my contact details, he said "Have you been on Virgin Radio already?". I told him "No", and he asked "What about Times Radio, or TalkSPORT?", and I said "Ah, yes, I was on TalkSPORT in January - will that be an issue?", to which he said "No, don't worry it's fine"!!

I went on the show and got Ricky (from the Kaiser Chiefs) to spin the wheel. When he read out that I'd won a 5 star hotel break I was made up!! Especially as the woman the day before me had won an outdoor projector or something that wouldn't have suited us!

I had to wait a while for the company fulfilling the break to get in touch, but when they did, they confirmed the prize was;

Prize package for 2 people includes:

£75 per person travel allowance

1 night’s accommodation in a 5* hotel in winner’s chosen location, including breakfast

Dinner at a Michelin star restaurant, including a tasting menu with bottle of wine

£250 spending money (winner only)

So once more, I am indebted to @Comping_Rich and this forum for such sterling work and for giving me so much pleasure, even just whilst entering the comps, and dreaming!!
