I may have been searching wrong, but is there a calculator [pref excel] where I can get a month by month breakdown of my owings on my mortgage and put in lump sum overpayments to show what the new payment would be? I don't want to shorted the term as yet, and won't be able to afford to overpay for a while, but I'd like to be able to plan it.
thank you
