Share a photo of your delicious eggy creations to win a £500 supermarket voucher!

1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487).

2. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.

3. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 11 September 2024.

4. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:

a) to be bound by these terms and conditions;
b) that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.

5. Entrants should enter by completing the form on the Freshlay microsite and uploading a photo of their finest egg dish. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Entries must be your own photograph and should not include any individuals or personal details.

6. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry. By submitting your entry (the “Photo”), you agree:

a) agree that the Promoter may make your Photo available to view on the Freshlay microsite at any time;
b) hereby grant the Promoter, its agents and partners and Noble Foods Limited (t/a Freshlay) a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your Photo, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence your Photo (alongside your first name) on any channels (including their websites and social media channels).

7. The Promoter is under no obligation to feature your entry in any format.

8. Entrants must supply to Immediate their full name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy.

9. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.

10. One winner will receive a £500 Love2Shop e-voucher. Full terms and conditions for the voucher can be found here.

11. One winner will be chosen at random from all the valid entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the winner’s details with the prize provider for the purpose of fulfilling the prizes.

12. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.

13. There is no cash alternative and the prizes will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one of the same or greater value.

14. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Good Food, Noble Foods (Freshlay Farms) Competition, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.

@KJ1986 Thanks for posting, please could you remove "Cooking Effort" from your title, it might put people off from entering when it's actually random winner.

Even though the winner is randomly selected, I can't see how that changes the fact that the cooking effort is required as to enter as you need to have made the dish to upload a photo etc. (unless I'm missing something), but I've removed it as you requested and will allow people to make their own minds up.
