Zopa loans concerns

Good afternoon.
I took out a 15% loan with Zopa and on approval they added 25% to my loan amount and after first payment of approx £350 the loan has gone up by £600.
I'm extremely worried about this and now out of hours to contact them.
Does anyone have any experience with Zopa loans please?
