I've had to request it the last couple of years, before that it was automatic. Once requested I always received the refund promptly, however not this year, no idea why its different. Strange how it is not consistent.IvanOpinion said:

They transferred the amount to my bank the following week (about 4-5 working days).
In the past I have had to wait for an email and then request a payment through their site, but this year it was all done automatically.It's just my opinion and not advice.0 -
