 Details are correct as of 10th July 2024. 11.  Entrants must be over the age of 18 and a GB resident (as per point 2 above and if requested by SPAR, present a valid form of photo identification if they win a Prize.12. The winner of the Prize must respond to SPAR’s communications within 7 working days of being contacted as the winner. SPAR UK will contact the winner via the email address provided.13. Prize specification is subject to availability. If the specification is not available, a suitable alternative will be provided to the same monetary sum, at the Post Office’s sole discretion. 14. To win, you must play the shell game which consists of three buckets. A sunshine will be hidden under one of the buckets. You must watch the buckets zip around the screen and try to identify the bucket with the sunshine under it. If you complete this, you will be entered into the Prize Draw. You are only considered to have won a prize once you have received an email from a SPAR representative stating you have won. 15. The 31 winners will be selected at random, from all valid entries received. The winners will then have 7 working days to respond (the winners will be contacted via email by a SPAR UK representative) to confirm acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit their Prize and the Promoter shall select another winner at random from all remaining valid entries.16. A representative from SPAR UK Central Office will liaise with the winner to see how the winner would like their prize to be delivered within 28 working days from the time the winner contacts the Promoter to confirm their Prize. 17 The winners must consent to their details being passed over to the Prize Provider, for delivery of the prizes. The Prize Provider may then liaise directly with the winner to organise the delivery of the prize.18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.20.
