theoretica said:Buckwheat flour (I get mine from the local eastern european shop) is one I like - you need to add more water than with wheat flour. Oat cakes might be something to consider making?I remember using that at some point, very tasteless from what I remember.I have bought a couple of ancient grains. I was reading that they may be more tolerable since wheat, due to long term selective breeding, has over 200 chromosomes whereas the ancient grains have only 40 or so.0

I can only add what others have said. Talk to your GP and get referred for hospital tests. They will be able to tell you exactly what your problem is. I had an allergy test years ago and they said I had a slight allergy to cats, house dust and pollen. It was very slight and they said nearly everyone would show a very slight allergy to these things. My real problem turned out to be nasal polyps which I had removed.0
