Why don't buyers email first....

Steve, further to my other reply above, with only 10 neutrals in 2,980, I would not hesitate to buy from you and nor would any sensible buyer.
I probably wouldn’t even bother reading the feedback detail unless it was an expensive item I was interested in.
100% is nice to have but we all know it is almost impossible to maintain.0 -

10 neutrals not negs....;)
Which is a very good and respectable feedback.....Well Done :T0 -
I got 2 neutrals (still on 100% over 2000 fb) 1 had a fab comment so not sure why it was a neutral and the second was left with no prior contact over something that would have been easily resolved. Would I go out of my way for a buyer if they contacted me yes - before or after feedback is left but when they are not happy and don't make contact I don't understand it.0

I had a neutral recently because the buyer didn't like the 'top', it didn't suit her but she never contacted me about it, I would have refunded if she had sent it back but with no contact what can you do.0

I gave a neutral recently to a guy who took 3 weeks to send me something. He has had 11,000 (380 negs) feedback this month alone and he has been sending me loads of emails asking me to withdraw my feedback! Over one blimmin neutral.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

I go along with this policy, it is shocking some of the feedback buyers leave sellers!!0 -
Someone left me neg feedback because they didn't like the top and I refused to give them £5 off!
This was a powerseller person who then went on to sell the thing for £15 more than she paid me. I don't mind so much this, but to leave a neg was not fair and she refused to remove it etc.0
