Aip taking over a month?

Options
Hi everyone

I’m wondering if someone can tell me if this is normal

I’ve been speaking to a mortgage broker regarding a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage, they have my details and the other borrowers details

It’s been a month now and I’m still waiting on affordability/agreement in principle being sent over, is this normal for this type of mortgage?

No. Might be worth checking in to make sure they havnt forgotten about you/died/retired. A month! You should have had an offer by now - unless your situation is more complex but even so a month is still a long time.
