Hi
I have a fixed rate isa which matures in October and an ordinary isa with another bank. If I close the ordinary isa it has 20 000 in it, and put money in my current account as need the money for something, will it affect the other isa in any way such as the interest as would it be classed as withdrawal even though different isas at different banks?

You accounts are completely separate. The only think they have in common is that they're both called ISAs

Might you wish to consider a transfer to a flexible ISA?
