Hi
i would like to know if I could transfer my private pension into my wife’s name. My wife is a beneficiary if I die but would like it in her name instead of mine for tax purposes.

No. It's called 'alienation' if you want the jargon term(!) and I'm afraid it can't be done other then by a court order on divorce, or on death - both a bit extreme!smac1234 said:Hi
