It can take a few months for them to get back to you about CCAs, as they have to go back to the original lender. It took about three months in my case.
They are well practiced in playing the game and know that by being difficult they can frustrate people into paying more. Two can play that game so let things pan out with the cca requests before thinking about anything else.
