    I signed up about five years ago. The jobs had always been taken when I went to accept them, but perhaps I was just unlucky. I guess it depends on where you are and how many people are signed up in your area. I did zero property viewings and just one ad hoc task that involved visiting someone in a care home to get some paperwork signed, which didn't happen because they lacked mental capacity. After that, I gave up. :-(
