I have Star Chart = 6

Error is on 2nd row, right hand side. You have XOX should be OXO meaning the X is the sixth in a shaded square.
2nd row third from right must be O as it is adjacent to the X which is 4th from right on first row.
Crossword 30 across is KEMPT
