Changing Child Maintenance Payments

Me and the ex wife came to an agreement we would use the child maintenance figure from the government website, I pay her based on me having the children 2 nights a week.
Is it reasonable for me to change the amount on a month to month basis. As I am having them half the summer holidays (50/50 care), so surely I should pay nothing that month? .. and then revert back to our old routine payment the months after... and could she actually pay me that month if have them say a week more than her?
PS. She has bought me out of our ex marital home.

I would say she should be giving you child maintenance for the long periods they are with you.1

Child maintenance is in brackets. For a certain amount of overnight stays per year. I suggest you work these out and see where you fall. If it falls in the bigger bracket then ask for more.1

Would it be easier for you to work out how many nights you have your children each year & base the figure on that? Makes life much easier than a constantly changing figure.1

You have an agreement - it is fair to agree on something different, but not reasonable for you to unilaterally impose a change. As said above, if you have agreed to follow the government website, that does not include month by month changes. But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Thanks for all your help.
As mentioned above I have just seen the yearly brackets on the website. And even though I am having them half the school holidays it still comes under 2-3 nights, so it makes no difference
