Resolvecall agents are paid by visit but have as much power as next door's cat.
The companies using them routinely to chase old unenforceable debts and not infrequently case the wrong person. Do not communicate by phone or text.
If they turn up at the door, video them and tell them to go away. They have no right to be on your property. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -
Can I log in and at least see who they are claiming I owe money to ?0

If you do this they will more or less automatically assume you owe the money, which may not be true.
If they really have proper evidence, the creditor will write. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

If they are legit (yes I've heard of them) then they will write or stop by. If they stop by tell them to go away and if they are insistent tell them they can write to you with the details of the debt. But for now they can butter off.
If by chance a scammer has picked up their name logging in just gives them an entrance to your pc/phone/whatever device. So no, don't.
Check your credit file and see if there's something mysterious on that instead. Nothing there? Do you want these messages?
Do you have a business or consumer relationship with this company?
I thought not so report the message as spam
If a number is shown, add it to your contacts as Scam Wnkers, then block it and get on with your life.
You might have a aged debt that becomes Statute Barred next week, if you call them and acknowledge the debt you might extend it by a further 6 years.
Do not engage with any debt collection company at least until you have had a letter stating what the debt is and where it originated, even then do not engage unless you get a Letter Before Action in accordance with Civil Procedure Riules that states the debt, the law under which the claim might be brought and all the details.
Especially do not engage if they come to your home, they have no right and will simply grab your data and lie.
You can use the MSE club to get copies of your credit report to see if you owe any money. If it does not show there then you have no problem.
The most common I am seeing for these maggots is where a now defunk energy company had poor record keeping and the receiver employ these commission only leeches to try it on.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ENojBfwErzk
7726 is a number that most mobile customers using UK networks can text to report unwanted SMS messages or phone calls on a mobile. The number '7726' was chosen because it spells 'SPAM' on an alphanumeric phone keypad – that's a handy way of remembering it.
