The link hasn't been updated from their previous comp, so if you entered their previous comp that's why your email address hasn't been accepted. If you didn't enter their last comp, your entry will go through. Perhaps that explains why some are saying it's working and some not3

there is no option to enter an email address, and as I expunge cookies on a regular basis there is no link to any previous competition. In addition, I have attempted entry on 6 different browsers and all come up with the same message, also tried incognito modes.
