Disappearing NI years

Has anyone experienced NI years showing as "full" when the NI record was viewed in one year and when viewed a year or two later, 2 previously "full" years show as "not full".

Someone in another forum has a copy of their NI record from 2 years where this has happened and the years in question are recent, 2020 and later.

They will be contacting HMRC to find out what has happened but I wondered whether anyone has seen examples of this...

I know someone who had a NI tax year that was previously shown as full then mysteriously vanish some years later. Sorted when they sent a copy of P60 for the tax year/s in question.

Interesting.  I imagine this is the sort of thing HMRC will tell this other person too then...
