Hi does anyone know if you can obtain a 125% mortgage when you are self employed or any other similar options, am desperate to get on th property ladder and trying to find best way to do it!

I have last three years of tax returns, but they have been completed by me and not an accountant, as I am sub contracted I also have over 3 years of payslips etc. Is that enough?0
