Battery install - not completed and cant contact the company

In April I added a battery to an existing solar system
Install went OK but I want to change tarriff
I havent been supplied with the completion paper work and need a Schematic Install diagram and a form completing by the installers
They have gone cold - not answering the phone (sales guy has tried to help but is not longer an employee) - says they have stopped doing residential installs (Im talking 3 months when mine was put in)
Feeling a bit stuck - anyone in the same boat or have helpful advice?

Contact your bank they can recover your payment to the company, our battery installer tried it on fortunately they were HIES registered, they sorted it out same day.12 x 370 Watt J A panels Solis 3.6 invertor. Solax AC invertor and 5.8 triple battery0
