Ive got one and have no complaints with it. It isn't too noisy, easy to pull around and doesn't take up too much room plus it looks quite trendy.

We have one at work and have had one in the work environment for years. They are easy to maintain. Never seem to loose any power and are small to store. Ours doesn't come with any extras (unless ours have been lost) but its never let us down.

I have a Dyson at home but I have no complaints with the Henry at work.
