Im looking and there is so many I have no idea what to pick. I need something perfect during hot days so well-ventilated but most importantly something thats safe and my brain wont leak ;) if ,god forbid, I ever have an accident. I can see brands like
    Exclusky
,Raleigh, Rockrider which costs about £20 that seems a bit cheap for something to actually work (?)  I can also see rankings and they recommend something for about £100. I wear glasses and also probably will need something tu put ponytail away. Please help
Being a bloke with short hair I do not worry about where it goes but I am unsure if putting long up under a helmet is a good thing. Perhaps have look at a few images such as Women's Road Helmet oimgres  or to see what they can look like.

What I can say after buying many cycling, skiing and motorcycle helmets is that comfort is vital, if it's not comfy you will not wear it and it is then a waste of your funds. A good bike shop will let you try them on and keep them on for a period to see how comfy they are. Could also look here for guidance, yes it's from the US but our heads are made of the same stuff
