I don't know about Retirement Line.  Have you talked to an IFA?  An IFA will charge but could save you making a costly mistake in respect of your pension.  Apologies if I am preaching to the converted...

    Kind Regards,

Typically the choice is to DIY or use an IFA.  Don't use FAs.

Retirement line is a non-advised annuity arranger according to their website.

DIY is pretty straightforward if both companies are part of Origo Options, & I suspect most are.
I moved 3 some years ago - easier to manage in one place.

If you have a small pot ( <£10k), perhaps worth leaving - there is (or certainly was) a ‘small pots’ rule you can take advantage of (up to 3 of them).
Also, if the pension has guarantees, it is likely to be worth leaving alone….but contact the companies and ask 🤷‍♂️
    Plan for tomorrow, enjoy today!

If it is a DC "pot" DIY is not difficult. If a DB, there is no "pot"

Transferring standard DC pensions is easy. However you have to decide how the money will be invested in the new pension.
