Only if you have reached an age of 55 (57 in 2028).
However even if you are that old it could be a foolish thinng to do.0 -

Looking at your other posts, you appear to be under 55 - and have been living on a financial knife edge for some time.
May I suggest that you pop over to the 'Debt-free wannabe' boards? There are lots of helpful people on there who may be able to offer you some longer term solutions.5
