Problem with applying for 60+ Oyster card

I tried to apply today and it’s only giving me access to youth and apprentice version. Has anyone experience this and what did you do.?
I’ve contact their customer service and I’m awaiting a call back. Help

Are you more than 10 days before your 60th birthday? The website says 14 days but actually it is 10 days. I had the same problem. I queried it and was told to wait until 10 days before.
