When exactly does my quarterly entitlement to Tax Free Childcare refresh?

Simple question but I can’t find the answer anywhere. Is there a set date on which my quarterly entitlement to Tax Free Childcare refreshes? If so, how can I find out when it is? Obviously I realise that it’s roughly once every three months, but it’d be helpful if I could diarise the precise date.
