Arm sleeves for UV/sun protection?

Just looking to pick up a set of these as I work outside. I know the advice is to not be outside during the hot hours, take breaks inside blah blah blah but short of handing my notice in & trying to get a desk job that's not happening. 

The pricing seems to vary wildly. £5 on Amazon for example but I've just seen like £35-£40.

Then there's the throwaway phrases like get what you pay for but at the same time it's 2024 & things can & sometimes are heavily overpriced. 

Just wondering if anyone else reading this has bought any sleeves & can comment on either side of the sliding scale? 

My concern is the £5 ones don't do what they claim so then I buy the expensive ones only to be unknowingly throwing £30 away where the £5 set would've been fine.

When I employed people to work outside in the sun UV protection cream was part of PPE I supplied. 
However I'd expect staff to supply their own clothes, do you not have sleeves on yours?

Yes I have long sleeves on my jumper and short sleeves to just above the elbow on my t-shirt. 

Its my forearms I'm looking to cover (without wearing a long sleeve top underneath & therefore doubling up the layers on the body & making me even hotter than I need to be).
