    You would be wasting your time sadly as they don’t payout. Check their recent reviews. I have payouts from January still ‘processing’….

    Wow, I thought my unpaid 'processing' request from early May ago was bad! 

    When I queried it a month after requesting, I just took their explanation in good faith.

    You may not have been made aware but due to unforeseen delays in receiving funds from our partners, we have experienced a temporary disruption in our payment schedule.
     
    While the situation has now been resolved, temporary delays may continue until the backlog is cleared.
     
    We are actively processing payments in batches based on submission dates and expect to return to our normal payment schedule by the end of the month. .....
  • I requested a payment in August it’s still not paid but what is concerning is thar rhey are no longer answering emails Ive emailed several times but they don’t have the courtesy to reply. Does this mean Ive lost my money

    Looks like they've probably gone bust.
    Found a post from one of their suppliers from a few months ago on another platform naming & shaming them as non payers. So it's not just the app users who aren't being paid.

    App disappeared from play store, and pending payments now void. Doesn't look good.
  • Have not been able to log in in over a wk says server not reachable. 
    I had over 200 ready to go on a bill this month. very bad a commutations by the look they have closed. or or hoping the funds come through. I feel sorry if they implode people

    We are writing to share an important update regarding ZIPZERO. Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the ZIPZERO App, effective immediately. After careful consideration, it has become clear that continuing the App is no longer viable from a business perspective.


    Account Closure and Unit Balances


    In accordance with Section 23 of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to discontinue the app for business reasons. As a result, all user accounts have been closed, and any available or pending units associated with these accounts have been forfeited.


    We deeply regret the impact this will have on our valued users, who have supported us in building a platform that aimed to give individuals a share in the value of their transaction data.


    Data Privacy and Deletion


    We want to reassure you that your data has always been handled responsibly and in line with our privacy policies. All personal data associated with your accounts will now be deleted. We also confirm that your data has not and will not be sold or shared with any third parties.

    Never leave this kind of money in apps like this. I always cashed out as soon as I got ~£10. I only lost ~£30.

    Me too. I added biller details last night to do a £5 (the minimum) test payment today and would then have done the £200.

    Doesn’t look like there’s anything I could have done differently to secure payment if people have had pending payments voided from January. I had cleared mine out last December, when they paid without issue.

    Very bad that you can’t even view previously uploaded receipts for a period of time. App opens saying please update but the app store says unavailable in your country.
