Needing a new mortgage at 62 with a big deposit, new lower paid job and moving 300 miles to new area

I have had some major changes happen in the last 18 months and am now considering moving to the other end of the country.
I am 62 and have a small little business, about £100,000 in equity and a little savings.
Trouble is I cannot take the business with me but already have a low paid job offer(£30,000) where I am moving to to keep me going for a while and downsizing my home to some like £170,000.
So my question as a fit 62 year old who intends working into my 70's could I get a mortgage and how much?
Thanks in advance
P.S I always had repayment mortgages as a younger man and even though I know little about them I would be happy to have a interest only mortgage(just thinking out loud) and give the bank the property when I snuff it, just a thought if that was the best option.

You would be best off putting your info into the basic "would i get a mortgage" calculators online or doing the 15min mortgage in principle forms.
I note someone else posted that they had been offered a mortgage at 62, of £50k, but the percentage was 6.6%.0
