o Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. This excludes all Quiet Mark UK employees, and anyone associated with the draw. o The Promoter is Quiet Mark Approval Ltd (‘the Promoter’). o Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in the material relating to this promotion. o The prize is a single prize of three LG appliances worth £4,000 (‘the Prize’) to be redeemed during the dates of 01/09/24 to 01/02/25 and there are no runners’ up prizes. o The Promoter will contact the winner by phone, email and letter where records allow. The winner will have 7 calendar days to accept their prize or the draw will be re-drawn. o The prize will include: Quiet Mark in partnership with LG Electronics covering the costs for the specified LG Large Appliance models, should the models advertised not be available we will provide equivalent models. o No other alternatives to the prize will be offered and the prize isn’t transferable. o You can opt-out of the prize draw by emailing your full name, date of birth and post code to emailus@quietmark.com o Only 1 entry can be made per person. o The winning entry will be randomly selected on 01/09/2024 and will be notified by post, telephone and email where records allow before 10/09/2024. o The winner’s surname and county will be available on request after 10/12/2024 for 365 days subject to the winners’ consent. The winner’s information and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute. o If the winner consents, the promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity. o The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. o The Prize will be provided by Quiet Mark Approval Ltd.
