Have I paid Barclaycard AND they’ve sold my debt?

Hey, I’ve been a lurker for a while and you’re all great at providing advice and reassurance! I just wanted to reach out as I was silly with money when I was younger and was luckily in a position to pay most of my debts off in full.
I recently noticed that I have two entries on my credit file. One for Barclaycard and the other for PRA Group who they sold the debt too. I no longer have access to the bank account I made payments from but as the two entries have the same default date and the Barclaycard debt is satisfied, does this indicate I’ve paid this and it’s been sold on in error or would PRA buying the debt show as satisfied?
I’ve made a complaint to Barclaycard today but it could take 8 weeks to receive a response and just want to get an idea if others see this the way I do? I have included the screenshots from my Experian file. Thank you in advance for any guidance 🙏

Afraid you're mistaken.
PRA bought the debt for pennies from Barclaycard, thus giving the debt satisfied status with them, however you now owe PRA that money.
Your default date remains the same because its the same debt and looking at current balance, you still owe £382.
The default will drop off your file on the 23/05/2025.
It'll show as 2 defaults sometimes but its not, its one and so on the above date, the default will drop off the account whether the balance is settled or not.
So £382 to go and you're free of that debt0 -
It looks as if you are paying the debt at around £18 per month so will clear this in 2 years.
What exactly is your complaint? That you paid this in full?0 -
The Barclaycard entry shows as satisfied, because they sold it to PRA Group.
The PRA Group entry shows your outstanding balance, both default dates are the same, all is correct.
No reason to complain unfortunately, but you might get £50 quid as a gesture of goodwill if they failed to send you an assignment notice.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
