Does my self-assessment tax calculation already include my student loan repayment?

in Cutting tax
Hi all, last year I started to rent out my flat, while I live with my partner. I decided to get things in order early so that I know how much I'll need to pay HMRC by Jan 31 2025 (ie the tax return for FY 2023-2024).
I have input all the fields required, including SLC repayments already paid for the year through my pay (taken from my P60). My question is, does the total which HMRC have calculated I need to pay include the additional student loan repayment required by the rental income? In other words, I'm seeing one figure, without any breakdown of how much is income tax and how much is SLC repayment, so does this total figure already include the SLC amount, or will that be claimed separately by SLC or HMRC at a later date?
If it's the former, I'm surprised there's not a breakdown which demonstrates how much is going where (especially as I'm vaguely relieved to be paying a bit more SLC as I'm close to paying it off completely).
I want to ensure I've put away sufficient money come January so I hope that the total calculated by HMRC from my tax return contains everything!
