I know I know loads of threads on this but im looking the "meal planning experts" to come out and advise me where to go to find the calorie counts of my meals? ive joined the boots change one thing to lose weight in the new yr and it suggests a calorie count of 1200 a day which would be fine... if i knew the calories in everything! i want a veggie meal plan with snacks under/or at 1200 calories a day

now feel free to yell at me or give me a clicky link to the thread somebody posted 3 days ago with this exact question and 12 dozen answers :rotfl:

Nobody is going to yell at you!

If you have a look on google there are lots of calorie counters that should help you work out the calorie counts of your meals.

If that doesn't help it might be worth asking in the Lose weight 17 thread where others who are trying to lose weight may be able to advise you on calorie counting.
