Good evening,

I was remortgaging through tenet mortgage solutions. I received my mortgage offer from Barclays and then tenet went into administration and ceased trading.

My probably daft question is, can I continue with my mortgage offer without a broker? We already have a solicitor whom we have previously used.

Yes, you can use the Offer.

Your Broker has not 'gone bust' the channel he used to hold his Regulatory Registration has closed.

Your Broker will be sorting a new Registration channel now, this will not affect your mortgage Offer.
    I am a Mortgage Broker
