Zopa loan

Hi
My Zopa loan has recently defaulted and I have now written to them to explain how much I can afford to pay monthly. My letter has been acknowledged and they have invited me to provide income & expenditure information. Please could someone advise if I need to complete this? I also have other debts to consider. I've already made an offer and indicated that I will be setting up a standing order from next month onwards.
Many thanks

It’s not yet on my credit report, but I’ve received a default notice. I am unsure if Zopa sell debts on or if it’s kept in house.0
