Yes @KeithP, and the issue date is 19th Feb. That's my 5 days so I need to send this off soon.

Yes @KeithP, and the issue date is 19th Feb. That's my 5 days so I need to send this off soon.

With a Claim Issue Date of 19th February, you have until Monday 10th March 2025 to file an Acknowledgment of Service('AOS'), but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.
To file an AOS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Having filed an AOS in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 24th March 2025 to file a Defence.
That's four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.
To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the AOS guidance.
Don't miss the deadline for filing an AOS, nor that for filing a Defence.

Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an AOS has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.

I see you have decided to identify the driver in para's 1 and 6 of your draft defence. That being the case, any reference to not relevant land or no keeper liability is superfluous.

How did you get on with your complaints to BA Ltd and your MP about VCS's lies where they say the bylaws don't apply?

I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D
    All my screwdrivers are cordless.

Please see my two BA Ltd complaints and the responses here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LuVu4QYoSMaYtxR_Z7A2Ibqmw8H0skMDgaQW3ItaFTc/edit?usp=drive_link

I have messaged you regarding the MP correspondence.

Surely keeping the driver anonymous at this point can only be a good thing?

Yes, that's right, but as @Fruitcake points out, you have nullified that by explaining who was driving in paras 1 and 6 of your proposed Defence.
