Have a laugh and answer!

Record the call on another phone. See how aggressive they are, tell them they have no case and to hurry up and discontinue because you aren't paying a penny but will happily string them along in the Mediation call.

notice of transfer of proceedings dated 4th december ( been on holiday over xmas)
DCBL have called me relentlessly, automated messages, voicemail, missed calls its been endless.

the mediator was very polite and friendly and i saw no reason to be mean to him, it was a very short call.

So progressing as expected,  ignore dcb legal phone calls,  everything in writing

so this claim has been allocated via my local county court to the small claims track and sent to the county court in central london at the strand near the end of the year.

the claimant has months to pay the trial fee.
