    Ok, so keep following the 12 steps in the defence template thread, filling in the downloaded pdf version, then emailing it to the CNBC dq address and cc the lawyers in too

    re DQ D1, i do consider it suitable for determination without a hearing, but is that the right thing to say?
     It could be considered a silly question but how could i know such thing.

    Mediation is now a compulsory step, as mentioned in numerous other threads, but clearly mediation is fruitless because you don't agree to pay anything, so no compromise, hence why you would want a hearing 

    You do have to take part, a 5 minute phone call 

    You have to follow the process, doesn't matter what you know, you play the game of chicken, no offers, offer £0 and politely end the call
