Changing 15hrs code to 30hrs code

Hi, does anyone know the process for transitioning from a 15hrs funded childcare code to 30hrs code on your child turning 3? Our daughter will be 3 in August. We are currently on tax free childcare and 15 funded hours. As her nursery is also closing in August we’re having to look for a new place. All the nursery options we’ve spoken to want to have her 30hrs funding code as soon as possible to secure a place. They say we should already be able to apply for it as it’s the term before she turns 3. But having visited the government childcare portal and read all the info I can I can’t see any way I could apply now. I think I must have to wait until our renewal window opens. Nowhere does it explain what happens given she will turn 3 partway through the time period covered by her next renewal window though. Do you get a new code for a 3 year old? Do you renew your 15 hours code and it automatically covers 30 hours once they are 3? Does anyone know? Thank you!
