    EAs and LLs can check for Insolvency. They can't see your credit record unless you choose to share that with them. They will want evidence of income and might ask for bank accounts, but I'd redact the names of places your purchased and anything other than CT and utilities.

    Yep, only insolvency or bankruptcy will show on a credit check.

    Debt management does not have to be declared.
    Just to clarify are you saying that on a rental credit check then defaults do not show ?
    It depends what type of check is carried out.

    A basic landlord check just shows public information, wear as a full credit check will show everything.
