Ask TW's solicitor if it would be acceptable for your solicitor to request these undertakings directly from the RSL's solicitor? TW's solicitor is saying they will need to come from "Devonshires."

As I say, I've never seen someone deal with the RSL and its solicitors third-hand. Normally, the property is handed over to the RSL by the builder and the RSL handles the sale.
Also Devonshires responded , they won't be providing these undertakings . I am not sure what to do ? Are these documents important?

I'm a mortgage broker, not a legal specialist so I'm unable to comment on what/why your solicitor is requesting these items. If they are satisfying a requirement for your mortgage lender they may be unavoidable.

When I am reading my case on eway, it says they already provided them, but solicitor needs an email copy. I think it's a huge missunderstanding between them.

They probably need to just pick up the phone and talk about it. You will be surprised how reluctant anyone is to do anything like that. Mine went back and forth for 2 weeks on something they could have resolved in a day if they had just answered the telephone to each other.

The whole thing sounds to me like  a BIG missunderstanding.  But they don't want to communicate. Taylor Whimpey is the only point of contact and they passing a wrong information. My solicitor is happy to accept any kind of undertaking, but they need to make sure document is provided. Taylor Whimpey keeps saying that 7 days undertaking can't be provided.
