Zopa default - anyone with experience?

Hi there,
I have just received a default from Zopa after not making any payments for 4 months, the loan is now showing as ‘in default’ on ClearScore and ‘defaulted’ on the Zopa app. My question is do I now make contact with Zopa to arrange repayments or do I wait it out still with no contact until they sell the debt on? Does Zopa even do that?
Also I believe I have a case for irresponsible lending, do I put a complaint in to Zopa now?
I’ve started a new thread on Zopa as all the info on the site regarding Zopa seems to be old.
Thanks in advance!

If you believe you have a claim for unaffordable lending then why not start it now?
The logic about waiting for a default is that ultimately it does less damage to your credit file than an arrangement to pay. After 4 missed payments they could default you at any time now.0
